Terms:

 

30% Deposit
70% One month before arrival

Cancellation: 4 weeks or more before arrival 30 % (deposit)

less than 4 weeks before arrival 100 % 

 

A deposit of €500 has to be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on the final day, minus the cost of any possible damages.

 

Check-in is from16.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am. But we can be more flexible
depending on availability. 

 

Closer airports and ferries are Heraklion (HER) or Chania (CHQ),

equal distance from the house.
